1821 - Censuses and registers
The indefatigable Rev William Sykes (vicar here 1904-09) conscientiously preserved some data from the 1821 census:

Censuses were taken every ten years from at the latest 1841 to the present. We have the complete records up to 1911. There is also a register taken in 1939.
The information varies from census to census. Most record at least the name and age of the head of household and how many dependents there were. The most informative (1901) records the name, date and place of birth and occupation of each resident, and tells us which house they were living in. Here is a sample page:
