HUISH FARM.    This Farm is situate in the Parish of Huish in the County of Wilts, and comprises an area of 719 acres, viz:-

It is a very hilly Farm, the contours running from 500 to 857.  About half of the Land is on the Hill, reached by a very steep and dangerous parish road.

THE FARM HOUSE.     Is substantially built of brick with slated roof and contains 3 Reception rooms, 6 Bedrooms, The usual Domestic Offices, Good Garden & Tennis Lawn, Brick and slated Nag Stabling for 4 horses, Harness Room & Coach House.

THE FARM BUILDINGS.  comprise Brick & slated Granary on stones, 2 Old Piggeries, Timber & slated Cow Shed for 8 Cows, A 7 bay brick and flint  & slated Open Cattle Shed, Brick & slated Wood House  & 5 bay Open Cattle Shed, Brick & slated Cart Horse Stable for 11 horses with loft over and lean-to Shed at back, Range of 3 brick and slated Piggeries, brick timber & slated Barn with engine house at end, Old Drill House, 8 bay brick & timber & slated Cart Shed.

On the Hill are 2 old Cottages, not habitable, A 9 bay Open Cattle Shed, Brick & timber & thatched Stabling for 4 horses and 3 bay Cattle Shed adjoining.

Certain Farm buildings are the property of the Tenant.

The foregoing is in the occupation of Mr. H.H. Dew on a yearly tenancy at a rental of £380. 0.0. per annum, in addition to which he pays the Land Tax amounting to £28.3.2 and a further Rental of £30. 4. 0. For 13 Cottages (brick and thatched) with Gardens, situate in the Village of Huish
